Partnering Strategy

PepTcell operates a very streamlined business model, of which partnering and services form a key part. The Company will only pursue avenues that provide revenues in the short to medium term without having to incur substantial costs on research and development, staff or premises, thus reducing the risk that emanates from these investments. PepTcell intends to use its Intellectual Property to provide both services and to licence epitopes created and patented to companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, as well as government and research institutes.

PepTcell is seeking partners interested in taking the Company’s products to substantial markets following completion of phase II studies or earlier.

In addition PepTcell is interested in discussing partnering opportunities with companies who would employ PepTcell’s prediction model to detect new reactive epitopes for major untreated diseases. The epitopes would then be patented and licensed to the companies for further development into a viable vaccine or drug.

PepTcell is also seeking companies interested in a fee-for-service agreement which would encompass detecting reactive epitopes from either proteins or peptides provided to PepTcell by the companies for use in their vaccine or drug programmes.
