PepTcell’s current priorities are the development of a new class of synthetic vaccines – T and B cell vaccines – against highly mutagenic viruses to prevent Influenza, HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Rotavirus and Chagas infections.
In addition the company is working to identify and develop a single vaccine that will be effective against a number of mosquito borne diseases.
In the small molecule area the company has breast cancer drug for oestrogen positive and HER 2 Neu positive or negative cancers. It is also developing drugs for obesity, diabetes, hirsutism, alopecia, transplant rejection and auto immune diseases.
Through its collaborations with Biocopia and Tangent Reprofiling it is also involved in drug reprofiling with specific focus in the areas of respiratory, inflammatory and oncology diseases.
